We are located in a HUB Zone Enterprise Area and have been certified with Minority or Women Business Enterprise (MWBE), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), Metro, State of Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB),City of Houston, Port Authority, and Houston Minority Business Council (MBE).

We have in the recent past four years developed a online application software package, which provides several different functionalities, such as documentation management, inventory management, hardware/software configuration, hardware/software usage metrics, project management, safety database system, ISO 9000-2000, Quality Management System (QMS) to Governmental Agencies and private companies.

The concept of a centralized system has been utilized as a process to create interconnectivity among organizations and makes them transparent to the users. Although the centralized system facilitates the timely sharing of data and information, confidential reports and data are managed by administrative control and security.

Our innovative tool, Neural Business Web, can interface with various database systems provided they are ODBC (Open Database Connectivity) compliance. We, at CandCNET Associates Inc., call the Neural Business Web a process engineering and management tool.
